Three co-founders: the lab that pioneered top-down proteomics, the engineer who automated it, and the operator who scaled AI for genomics.
Neil is a leading professor and director at Northwestern University, renowned for pioneering work in top-down proteomics and natural product discovery.
With 450+ publications and multiple honors, he has built one of the world’s foremost proteomics centers and launched several biotech ventures, including Proteinaceous, Integrated Protein Technologies, and ImmPro.
His work is shaping a future where proteoforms are the core metric across drug development, diagnostics, and precision medicine.

Jack is the driving force behind ImmPro’s rapid growth, securing partnerships with major industry players within months of launch.
He holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern and previously led automation at its Proteomics Center of Excellence. A former NIH Fellow and Entrepreneurial Fellow at Northwestern’s InQbation Lab, Jack has authored 19 peer-reviewed publications and holds multiple ImmPro-focused patents.
His work bridges cutting-edge science and real-world impact through automation, product development, and commercialization.
Chewie is a seasoned tech executive and former Google leader with 20+ years of experience across cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise technologies.
He has led organizations from start-up to hyper-growth and spearheaded initiatives that brought Google’s AI capabilities to genomics.
Chewie now advises cutting-edge startups, helping founders bring breakthrough products to market.
